Virtual Assisting
This section will provide information about virtual assisting and showcase the talents and skills of virtual assistants.
What is virtual assisting? I'll start out by explaining what a virtual assist is not. A virtual assistant is not a telecommuter nor an office temp. Virtual assistants do not work at the client's office. However, they are independent contractors and can work for various industries.
Virtual assistants assist clients without meeting them in person. They may communicate by phone, fax, email or Internet.
Many virtual assistants support businesses by doing clerical work, but some help but doing desktop publishing, writing, or design work. There are many skills that clients may require.
